How to use
1. Attach the bowl: Turn the mixer off and unplug it. Raise the tilt-head, place the bowl onto the clamping plate, then turn clockwise until securely locked.
2. Remove the bowl: Turn the mixer off and unplug it. Raise the tilt-head, then turn the bowl counterclockwise until released.
3. Change attachments: Turn the mixer off and unplug it. Raise the tilt-head. Push the flat beater, wire whip, or dough hook onto the shaft and turn right to lock. To remove, push up, turn left, and gently pull down.
Always unplug the mixer before installing or removing the bowl or attachments. Keep hands away from moving parts.
